Jack is founder and principal consultant at Pacific Digital Strategies. He has spent over a decade working with progressive organizations to build powerful engagement campaigns, organizing people on the ground and online.
He has worked in Canada, the US and Australia with labour unions, political parties and advocacy groups to build scalable engagement models that win campaigns.
Jack started as a Organizer at Unions NSW, before joining United Voice as National Political Coordinator. At United Voice he lead government relations and member political engagement strategy for child care and aged care members.
In 2015 Jack joined NationBuilder, working out of their LA and Vancouver offices to help labour and advocacy organizations implement digital tools and strategies. He has since worked on political campaigns at the federal, provincial, and municipal level for Leadnow.ca, the BC NDP, and Vision Vancouver.
Jack is the founder and Producer of Activate, the annual digital leadership and organizational transformation conference for progressives at Hollyhock on Cortes Island, BC.
Jack currently lives in Vancouver. He likes training at Diaz Combat Sports, but he hates standing in lines (especially for food).
